Located in Florida, Itata Valley. 80 years old vines over granitic soils with 10% slope in the Coastal Range. Dry farmed, no rootstock and trained gobelet.

Grapes were destemmed and stored in raulĂ­ wood open tanks, where it slowly fermented for 20 days, with gentle pump-overs to avoid over-extraction. Malolactic fermentation and aging in concrete tanks and old french oak barrels and stainless steel vats for 18 months. Finally, wine is aged and bottled for 6 months before being commercialized.

Bright ruby red colour, red fruits aromas, raspberry and strawberry, with a floral touch and hints of rainy forest floor. Soft tannins palate and a good structure that keeps the wine fresh, complex, with typicity and pleasant finish.
